Outplacement provider Career Partners International named Karen O’Boyle as its new president and CEO. She replaces retiring CEO David Hemmer.

O’Boyle most recently served as executive VP of global sales at Lee Hecht Harrison, Adecco Group’s outplacement business. She also served as global sales leader for Drake Beam Morin.

O’Boyle has also held leadership roles at Right Management, Manchester Partners International and Diversified Search.
