Orion International Consulting Group Inc., a staffing firm specializing in the placement of former military personnel, acquired recruitment process outsourcing and recruiting services provider Novotus.

The transaction closed Jan 21; terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2002, Novotus is based in Austin, Texas. President Cory Kruse will lead Novotus following the acquisition.

The deal was announced by De Bellas & Co.
