Orion ICG LLC, a Raleigh-based staffing firm, acquired Therapy Staff Inc. (TSI), an allied healthcare staffing firm. TSI supplies physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists primarily in Michigan and Illinois.

TSI founder Dan Diamond and Paul Glomski, its president, will remain with Orion.

This is the second allied healthcare staffing acquisition for Orion ICG since it was acquired by private equity firm Centre Partners in June 2007. Its first allied healthcare acquisition was Cumberland Therapy in October.
