Boly:Welch, a Portland, Ore.-based recruiting and consulting firm, named Andrew Welch as company president. The 30-year agency also named Juanita Leard as CFO.

Co-founder Diane Boly will remain in a management role as board director. CEO and board director Pat Welch and operations director Karen Fogg round out the existing board membership.

Andrew Welch joined the firm in the 1990’s, but left to pursue education and experience internationally. He rejoined the firm in 2011 in the executive search division and in 2013 was named to the company’s board of directors.
