Microtech Staffing Group, of Quincy MA, said it's opening offices in Woburn MA and Reston VA. The Woburn office will specialize in biotech placement and the Reston office will focus on information technology. The two new sites will raise the number of Microtech offices to 13.

The Judge Group said it will open an office this Spring in the new Comcast Center, Philadelphia's tallest building. The office will be on the 25^th floor and, at first, will focus on providing information technology, engineering, and finance and accounting professionals. It will also serve as the primary location for Judge's executive search division.
