CHG Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing firm, opened a new learning center at its Salt Lake City headquarters with Utah Gov. Gary Herbert on hand for a ribbon cutting. The 3,000-square-foot learning center will provide sales and leadership training for CHG's 1,100 internal employees and also features a video conferencing room.

The company also said Tim Hartley was promoted to director of energy and infrastructure, executives search, and will relocate to Houston from London. Harvey Nash USA is part of Harvey Nash, a recruitment and IT outsourcing firm traded on the London Stock Exchange.
