Snelling, a Dallas-based staffing provider, opened an office in Tulsa, Okla. Local entrepreneur Josh Roper will serve as general manager and franchise owner of the Tulsa office. The company hopes to leverage the local energy industry to create jobs and possibly expand coverage to include medical staffing.

PrideStaff, a national staffing organization, announced the opening of a new office in the Northwest Houston, Texas area. The new location will better serve a variety of professional and light industrial disciplines in the region.

Hire Velocity, a recruitment process outsourcing firm, has moved into a larger office in Atlanta. The company’s expansion follows growth in its RPO offering, as well as the recent addition of HV consulting, a service used to place direct hire and contract professionals.
