Firms announcing openings of new offices include Spencer Ogden, RSR Partners, EverStaff and 24 Seven Inc. Spencer Ogden, an executive search firm serving the energy sector, opened a new office in Houston, Texas. The office will recruit for the local oil and gas industry as well as the developing renewables and nuclear markets. Edward Ogden, who has been with the agency since its launch in January 2010, will head the office.

RSR Partners, an executive search firm, has opened an office in New York City. RSR Partners, headquartered in Greenwich, Conn., also has offices in Chicago, Cleveland and Los Angeles.

EverStaff, a Cleveland, Ohio-based staffing firm, opened a new branch office in Dublin, Ohio. This is the firm’s eighth branch office in Ohio and the 15th overall.

24 Seven Inc., a fashion and marketing/creative staffing provider, opened a new office in Portland, Ore. Tarina Stasi, director of business development, will oversee the office. Stasi has nearly 15 years of recruitment expertise and has been with 24 Seven since 2004, most recently overseeing its emerging markets division. In addition to the Portland office, 24 Seven has nine offices in the United States and one in London.
