Belcan Corporation, a Cincinnati-based provider of temporary and technical staffing, opened a Belcan TechServices Division office in the Denver area.

Elwood Staffing opened three new Georgia offices in Norcross, McDonough and Hartwell. The new offices are in addition to two Elwood Staffing offices already operating in Georgia. Elwood Staffing is based in Columbus, Ind.

Avid Technical Resources, an information technology staffing firm, opened a new office in Long Island, N.Y. to serve the Manhattan, New Jersey and Long Island area. Avid is based in Boston.
