Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson agreed to acquire Canadian executive search firm RenaudFoster, which has one office in Ottawa and a team of six people.

The transaction will close in January 2015; terms were not announced.

RenaudFoster executives will remain with the company and their titles will continue to be managing partners of the Ottawa office. An official name change will take place in 2015.
