Oasis Outsourcing Holdings Inc. acquired National HR Advantage Inc., a Palm Beach Gardens FL-based firm that provides professional employer organization and other services to small- and mid-size employers. Terms of the deal were not announced.

National HR Advantage's primary office in Palm Beach Gardens will relocate to the corporate offices of Oasis in nearby West Palm Beach FL.

Oasis, a PEO, ranked No. 40 on this year's list of largest U.S. staffing firms compiled by Staffing Industry Analysts.
