Oasis Outsourcing, a Florida- based privately held professional employer organization, acquired Advantec, a Tampa-Fla.-based PEO. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This is the fourth acquisition made by Oasis in as many years, bringing the company’s client count to more than 4,000, with 110,000 worksite employees.

Oasis Outsourcing ranked No. 10 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2010 list of largest U.S. PEOs on 2009 revenue of $126 million.
