O'Neill Consulting Group, a retained executive search firm headquartered in South Kingstown, R.I., acquired New York-based DMR Advisory LLC. The transaction closed Monday; terms were not made public.

DMR Founder and Managing Director Doug Rosen will become a principal with the O’Neill Consulting Group.

It is anticipated that DMR Advisory will operate under the O'Neill brand and operations will be merged in to the O’Neill delivery platform.

DMR provides retained executive search and organizational advisory services for the hotel, real estate and hospitality technology industries. Rosen will continue to manage client relationships in these areas targeting sales, marketing, operations, finance and human resources professionals.
