TechGroup's founder, Royce Drye, is returning to head up the company.

"The economy has had a tremendous impact on many healthcare staffing companies and we believe that by continuing our aggressive acquisition strategy in the healthcare staffing space, we will continue to build value for our shareholders," Nurses in Partnership CEO Ephraim Barsam said. "Currently the group is looking at an additional three potential acquisitions."

TechGroup's acquisition was the second for Nurses in Partnership, which is backed by Enhanced Capital Partners.
