Irish media group, Independent News & Media Ltd (INM), which runs job board nijobfinder.co.uk and publishes TheBelfast Telegraph, announced that it has acquired Northern Irish job board RecruitNI.com.

Financial details of the acquisition were not released.

Richard McClean, Managing Director of INM, said that the acquisition is an expression of the company's commitment to the growing online recruitment sector, and to providing the best possible service to jobseekers and prospective employers.

"Belfast Telegraph and nijobfinder.co.uk provide the strongest recruitment platform in the market and one that will now be further strengthened by the addition of RecruitNI.com,” he added.
