NorthStar Anesthesia, an anesthesia care company headquartered in Texas, acquired Anesthesia Staffing Consultants, a Detroit-based anesthesia management company whose services include locum tenens. ASC has more than 30 locations in Michigan.

The acquisition expands NorthStar’s footprint in the Midwest and increases its team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs to more than 1,600 providers at nearly 150 facilities in 19 states.
