IT staffing and services firm CIBER Inc. (NYSE: CBR) announced today the promotion of two executives. Terje Laugerud is now a corporate EVP, in addition to being the company's European president and COO. Along with the operations in 11 European countries, CIBER's operations in China, Australia and New Zealand also report to Laugerud.

The company also promoted Tony Hadzi, currently senior vice president, to corporate EVP. Operationally, Hadzi continues to be president of CIBER's Custom Solutions Division, which is responsible in the U.S. for all application software solutions for commercial clients and state & local governments, only excluding CIBER's U.S. ERP and IT Outsourcing Divisions. CIBER India operations also report to Hadzi. Additionally, he is responsible for the U.S. Global Solution Centers, Strategic Solution Practices and the domestic project audit functions.
