Comsys IT Partners Inc. (NASD: CITP) announced it's forming a process solutions group that will provide vendor management systems services, recruitment process outsourcing and services procurement management.

"One of our strategic focuses has been the development of a business process outsourcing offering to complement our traditional staffing and consulting businesses, and our new process solutions group will form the cornerstone of that effort," said Comsys CEO Larry Enterline. "Comsys' process solutions group will consolidate all people management processes across the company into an integrated set of solutions, with a single point of contact for both vendors and internal constituents."

The new group will report to Kip Wright, senior VP of Comsys solutions offerings.
