Recruit Co. Ltd., one of the world’s largest staffing firms, announced that Michael Whitmer has been named chief information officer for the firm’s Advantage Resourcing and Staffmark companies. Whitmer has more than 25 years of information technology experience, and was previously the CIO for Hudson Global Inc. Whitmer will be responsible for directing the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems, Internet and mobile business platforms, and technology support services for both companies.
