Nesco Resource, a Cleveland-based staffing firm, acquired PMH Resources, an engineering and information technology staffing firm based in Orlando FL. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

"Nesco Resource has a long-standing tradition of growth through acquisition, and PMH fits very well into our long-term plans to expand geographically within our engineering and IT staffing services division," said John Tomsich, chairman of Nesco Resource and president of Nesco Inc., the diversified holding company and parent of Nesco Resource.

Nesco Resource provides staffing in the engineering, IT, finance and accounting, industrial, and office/clerical segments. It ranked No. 63 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest U.S. staffing firms released earlier this year.
