Nesco Resource acquired assets of Reynolds Technical Services, a technical staffing services firm based in Stratford, Conn. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Nesco provides staffing in engineering, information technology, clerical, light industrial and finance/accounting among other services. It ranked No. 58 in Staffing Industry Analysts' 2010 list of largest U.S. staffing firms, and the No. 16 on its 2010 list of largest engineering staffing firms.
