Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today's listings include changes at M Squared, Korn/Ferry and CTPartners.

Staffing firm M Squared Consulting hired Kimberly Palmer as vice president of sales in its financial services group. Palmer previously was a sales executive with The Climate Corp. She has also been a client relationship director for Kforce Professional Staffing and held senior leadership roles at MPS Group and Robert Half International/Accountemps. Palmer will be based at M Squared Consulting’s headquarters in San Francisco.

Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) added Fiona Vickers as a senior client partner. Based in the firm’s London office, Vickers will work across the technology and consumer markets with clients in the consumer services, media and digital sectors. She has more than 20 years experience in executive search. The executive search firm also added Kevin Rubens as a senior partner with Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting. Rubens previously was a partner in Aon Hewitt’s global compensation and talent practice. He will be based in Korn/Ferry's Washington D.C. office.

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) added Noah Schwarz as a principal in its financial services practice, focusing on investment banking, private equity and asset management with search expertise in industry coverage and mergers and acquisitions. Schwarz previously was with Heidrick & Struggles’ global financial services practice. He is based in CTPartners’ New York office.
