Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Firms listing personnel changes today include CTPartners, The Eastridge Group, The Cowen Group and TRU Staffing Partners.

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP), an executive search firm, appointed Marc Gasperino managing partner and head of its global digital practice. Gasperino is also a member of the firm’s technology, media and telecommunications practice.

The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies announced Regional Managing Director Roger Iris will lead its newest division: Real Estate and Financial Staffing. The Eastridge Group is based in San Diego.

The Cowen Group promoted Maribel Rivera to vice president. She will continue to provide project leadership to TCG Events and will also have a key role in company operations and oversee all marketing initiatives. The Cowen Group is based in New York City and provides staffing and recruiting for eDiscovery, legal technology, litigation support, and information governance professionals.

TRU Staffing Partners added Laney Altamar as senior vice president of business development and executive placement. Altamar previously served as chief sales officer for managed review at Special Counsel. New York-based TRU is a search firm serving the legal technology industry, with an emphasis on e-discovery, forensics, and litigation support staffing.
