IQNavigator, a Centennial, Colo.-based vendor management system provider, appointed Graden Gerig  executive vice president of professional services and engineering. Gerig previously held various SaaS engineering, implementation, consulting and management roles at SuccessFactors, IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp. named Dan Marignoni senior staffing manager of the Accountable Therapy team. The Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider opened its first regional therapy co-location in an existing Tampa, Fla., office as part of its planned regional therapy expansion initiative.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) added Gregory Konstans as partner within the financial services practice. He is based in the Dallas office. Konstans, a CPA, previously worked at two global search firms and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior accountant covering the financial services sector.
