Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Firms listing personnel changes today include Oasis Outsourcing, PrideStaff, Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. and Stefanini Inc.

Oasis Outsourcing, a Florida-based professional employer organization, announced Myron Blackmon joined the company as executive vice president of operations. Blackmon previously was senior vice president, customer service and delivery for Ceridian US HRS, a human resource company based in Minneapolis.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced strategic partners Mike Furman and Ken Dawson will lead a new office in Bethlehem, Pa. Additionally, Alan Vance will head a new Orlando, Fla., office and Tim Curtin will run a new office in Mission Viejo, Calif. Both Vance and Curtin are PrideStaff strategic partners.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) added Michelle Bonoan as a partner within its education and social enterprise practice. She will be based in the Los Angeles office.

IT services firm Stefanini Inc. added Brian McGushin as CA practice leader to head its Global CA and Asset Management practices. McGushin has 18 years of experience in the IT services industry and held leadership positions at top IT companies including BMC Software and CA Technologies.
