Advantage xPO announced the addition of Penny Queller as senior VP, of strategic solutions, a newly created position. Queller brings to Advantage xPO 17 years' experience as a consultative sales executive. She worked most recently for Staffing Industry Analysts (which publishes the Daily News).

Kforce Government Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC), today announced that William Turner has joined the company as senior VP and strategic development officer. Turner previously served as director of business development for Vykin Corp., a defense contractor specializing in information technology and intelligence services.
