Companies announcing new hires or promotions include Odgers Berndtson, Russell Reynolds Associates, Cirrus Medical Staffing, Premier Alliance Group, and Egon Zehnder International.

Odgers Berndtson, an executive search and organizational leadership firm, announced that Lisa Tromba joined the firm as a partner in its New York office to work with clients in its consumer and industrial practices, effective immediately. Tromba will focus on executive search and leadership assessment engagements for global consumer/retail and industrial manufacturing organizations spanning the Fortune 500, as well as private equity backed and held companies.

Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced the addition of Deborah Op den Kamp and John Rice as executive directors to the firm's consumer practice. Op den Kamp joins the firm after nine years with J. Walter Thompson (JWT), most recently as global business director in London working with Nokia and HSBC. She will be based in San Francisco. Rice joins Russell Reynolds Associates from Best Buy, where he was most recently vice president of merchandising - entertainment. He will be based in Minneapolis.

Cirrus Medical Staffing, a travel nursing and allied healthcare staffing firm, promoted three employees. Joseph Carlino has been promoted to the role of manager of strategic accounts, Pamela Honeycutt Mackey was named to the role of manager of key accounts, and Jackie Smith has been named manager of client services. Each has been with Cirrus Medical Staffing for several years and has served in a variety of roles.

Premier Alliance Group Inc. (OTC.BB: PIMO.OB), a professional services company focused on business and technology consulting, apppointed Kevin Carnahan as an independent director to its Board. Mr. Carnahan brings a wealth of experience, most recently as a senior managing partner for Accenture, the NYSE publicly traded global consulting, technology and outsourcing firm.

Executive search firm Egon Zehnder International named Trent Aulbaugh as leader of its Houston office and announced the expansion of its Houston-based energy practice with the addition of Brian Harry and Catheryn Staveley. Aulbaugh has served as a core member of Egon Zehnder's global industrial practice group since 2007. Harry was previously head of the upstream energy practice at Wood Mackenzie Consulting. Staveley served as a drilling engineer and held technical leadership roles at Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, both leading energy services organizations, and other energy firms.
