Dave Meyercord recently joined Elwood Staffing’s executive committee as senior vice president and head of Elwood Staffing’s Workforce Solutions division. Prior to joining Elwood, Meyercord served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Headway Corporate Resources in Raleigh, N.C.

Supplemental Health Care promoted Ron Murphy to vice president of its travel allied business division. In this role, Murphy will also join the company’s senior management team. He will be based in Dallas. Murphy has more than 20 years of experience in the medical staffing industry.

The Winter, Wyman Companies promoted Melanie Kilsey and Peter Mulligan to principals in its financial contracting New England business. Both had previously been senior account managers in the same division.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NSAD: HSII) announced that Kathy Vrabeck joined the firm as partner within its consumer and technology practices. She will be based out of Los Angeles. She comes to Heidrick & Struggles from Legendary Pictures, where she served as president of Legendary Digital.

Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates promoted both Kevin Kwok and Margot McShane to managing director in the firm’s San Francisco office; named Matt Comyns as executive director of its technology sector; named Jim Lawson as associate in its corporate officers sector; and hired Timothy Joyce in its industrial/natural resources sector.

Lucas Group, an executive search firm, appointed Keith Nemeth as managing partner of the firm’s newly launched human resources recruiting practice in Dallas. Nemeth is a 15-year veteran of the recruiting and staffing industry.

M Squared Consulting hired Scott Bone as vice president of business development in its financial services and healthcare group. Bone joins M Squared from Partner Professional Staffing in Cincinnati. Prior to that, he worked for Stephen James Associates for several years in a variety of executive positions. Bone will be based in M Squared’s San Francisco office.

RSR Partners announced the appointment of Colin Graham as a managing director and member of the firm's industrial practice. Graham was a principal with Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY).

Equis Staffing hired Teri Rosenthal as director of staffing, accounting and finance, and Mike Dietz as director of staffing, information technology. Rosenthal has 20 years’ experience in staffing. Dietz has a 12-plus year background in technical management.

HrQ Inc. announced the addition of Cindi Armer as managing consultant providing HR search services. Armer joins hrQ from Atwood Oceanics, an offshore drilling contractor.

On Time Staffing announced that Eileen Carlisi will serve as director of branch operations and Kevin McCormick will serve as director of onsite operations.
