Companies announcing hires and promotions are: Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASD: CCRN), Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR), Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NASD: ADP), Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY), MDT Personnel, CTPartners (AMEX: CTP), System One, Green Key Resources and Dice Holdings Inc. (NYSE: DHX).

Cross Country Healthcare Inc. announced that Richard Mastaler has been elected to its board of directors. Mastaler is chairman and CEO of Managed Health Venture Inc., a managed care consulting firm, which he founded in 2002.

Ciber Inc., an information technology consulting, services and outsourcing company, said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that Bobby Stevenson has resigned as non-executive chairman of the board of directors. Separately, the company announced that Jean-Francois Heitz has been appointed to its board of directors. Heitz served as deputy CFO for Microsoft Corp. from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that role, Heitz was corporate treasurer. Before joining Microsoft in 1989, Heitz worked in various finance and business roles at Matra SA (now Group Lagardere), a French multinational high-tech conglomerate; in sales and marketing at the European subsidiary of Envirotech Corp.; and in operations research with Air Liquide.

Automatic Data Processing Inc. announced Jane Bradley, senior director of human resources, small business services sales, has been selected to serve on the Society for Human Resource Management’s new international standards committee.

Korn/Ferry International Inc. has appointed Jonathan Holmes as managing director, Middle East. Holmes’ executive search career with Korn/Ferry spans more than 18 years and five countries.

MDT Personnel has hired Jodi Hon as its senior vice president of sales and marketing.

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. announced that Kevin Ford has joined the firm as a partner in its CFO practice. Ford’s practice will also focus on industrial and consumer searches. He is based in Chicago. Ford joins CTPartners from Korn/Ferry, where he was a senior client partner.

System One appointed Susan Burgess as human resources director. A certified senior professional in human resources, Burgess has served as human resources director for Education Management Corp., Context Web and CGI Technologies and Solutions.
 
Executive search firm Green Key Resources elevated Brian Blake to partner, effective June 1. Blake, who recruits personnel in the hedge fund and private equity industries, had been an executive director.

Dice Holdings Inc., a provider of specialized career websites for professional communities, has named John Benson as managing director of energy, which includes Rigzone and WorldwideWorker. Benson has been with the company since the 2006 acquisition of eFinancialCareers in 2006, which Benson founded in 2000.
