The Judge Group announced that Scott Labat has been promoted to director of Judge Technical Staffing in Minnesota. Labat has more than 15 years’ staffing experience

The Training Associates hired Jim Moore as director of finance. Moore has more than 25 years’ experience as a creative financial leader for major corporations, most recently as controller and operations manager for Cue Data Services in Norwell, Mass.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. announced that Mark Foster was elected to the company’s board of directors. Foster will also serve on the board’s human resources and compensation committee. Foster retired from Accenture in March, serving in various capacities over 26 years.

Mom Corps announced the addition of Bill McPherson as senior vice president of franchise development. McPherson has more than 20 years’ experience in franchise development, most recently as vice president and senior vice president with Fastsigns International and BrightStar LLC, respectively.

Lucas Group appointed Holly Courter as controller. Courter joins Lucas Group from Reynolds Cos., where she was an assistant controller.

JWilliams Staffing, a provider of real estate sales and leasing professionals, announced that Annie Privette has joined the firm as director of business development. Based in the company’s Irvine, Calif., headquarters.

CTPartners (AMEX: CTP), a global retained executive search firm, announced that Patricia Coleman has joined the firm as a partner in the life sciences and healthcare and legal services practices. She is based in Chicago. Coleman previously was a partner in the life sciences and legal search practices of both Spencer Stuart and Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY).

Crestmark added Michael Santos as first vice president of business development. He is located in San Diego. Santos has more than 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry, most recently as president of business development at Eplica Insurance Services, an insurance brokerage providing commercial insurance for staffing and PEO companies.

Tatum, a division of SFN Group Inc. (NYSE: SFN) added C. Stephen Cordial and Jim Rensberger to its Seattle office. Cordial founded Steve Cordial Consulting, which provided services to venture/private equity backed and public companies and served as the interim CFO of Natural Product Group and CallWave, and as COO of Actelis Networks. Rensberger held executive positions, including CFO, at Pacific Mat, T&A Supply Com. Inc., SK Food Group Inc., Fine Host Corp. and Food Management Corp.

Witt/Kieffer, an executive search firm specializing in healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit organizations, announced Jena Abernathy has joined as vice president and shareholder. Abernathy has more than 25 years of human capital management, performance excellence and organizational development experience, and is formerly chief administrative officer of Premier Inc.
