Aerotek regional vice president named to post at Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services. Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR) names vice president. TriNet appoints executive marketing director. The Judge Group appoints western operations president. Boyden hires new managing director.

Bryan Toffey, Aerotek’s regional vice president of Canadian operations, has been elected president of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS) for its 2011 to 2012 session. Toffey has been a member of the organization’s board of directors for four years.

Ciber Inc. named Jayant Mehta vice president of Ciber Business Solutions. Mehta was formerly senior engagement executive with Infosys Technologies and has more than 23 years of experience in sales and delivery of complex software solutions globally. He also has held senior executive roles at IBM, United Health, Becton Dickinson, TCS (TATA) and Satyam.

TriNet, a professional employer organization, announced the appointment of Kerry Langstaff as executive director of marketing. In this role, Langstaff is tasked with increasing TriNet’s market share in core markets, driving brand awareness, and enhancing client communications. Langstaff brings more than 20 years’ experience and will immediately focus on creating customer-centric organization.

The Judge Group has appointed Khang Nguyen as president of western operations for Judge Technical Staffing. Nguyen has more than 12 years of sales and regional management experience in IT staffing and consulting, with extensive experience in California, Oregon, Arizona and Washington.

Boyden, a global executive search firm, announced that Brian Clark, a seasoned search expert in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, has joined as a managing director in Boyden’s Atlanta office.

Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) has appointed Sean Kim as managing director of its Seoul office. He assumes the role from Jonathan Holmes, who has moved to Dubai to serve as managing director, Middle East. Kim joined Korn/Ferry in 2006 as client partner and was promoted to senior client partner in 2009.

Peak Staffing Partners announced that its president, Anthea Wright, a certified staffing specialist with more than 20 years’ industry experience, has recently become a certified diversity recruiter.
