Volt Consulting Managed Service Programs (MSP), a part of
Volt Information Sciences Inc. (OTCBB: VISI.PK), announced the promotion of
Elliot Owens to vice president of business intelligence, a new position within
the firm.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. announced that
Anne Lim O’Brien has rejoined the firm as a partner in the consumer markets and
the CEO & board practices and will be based out of New York. O’Brien joins the firm from
Russell Reynolds, where she served as partner and co-leader of consumer
products and services practice for North America.
She previously had worked at Heidrick & Struggles for nearly 20 years.

Sanford Rose Associates-Charleston, a retained executive
search firm specializing in healthcare information technology, promoted Bonnie
Siegel to the position of partner in its healthcare IT senior leadership
practice.
