PeopleScout, a provider of recruitment process outsourcing, promoted Laurie Harms to vice president of business development. The company also promoted Taryn Owen to vice president of international operations. PeopleScout, a division of SeatonCorp, places people in more than 30 countries.

ProService Hawaii, a professional employer organization, appointed Jordan Conley as its chief technology officer and Jayson Miller as its chief operating officer, the Pacific Business News reported.

Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson, a Philadelphia-based executive search firm, named Daniel Hobbs as managing director. Hobbs previously served at Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY).

Locum Leaders' chief medical officer, Dr. Robert Harrington Jr., was elected to the board of directors for the Society of Hospital Medicine. A locum tenens recruiting firm, Locum Leaders is based in Alpharetta, Ga. The Society of Hospital Medicine is a medical society for more than 31,000 hospitalists.

The Judge Group named Tanya Samuels as director of information technology staffing for the San Francisco market. Samuels has more than 15 years of sales experience. Judge provides technology consulting, enterprise-wide staffing and corporate training services.

ARG Financial Staffing named Cecilee DeNardo as business development manager. ARG, based in Knoxville, Tenn., provides finance/accounting staffing.
