Advantage Professional names executive VP of American operations. The Judge Group hires recruiting VP. Futurestep announces global VP. Pearson Partners adds four to board of advisors …

Advantage Professional announced the appointment of Michael Parbs as executive vice president of American operations. Parbs has 23 years of experience within the industry and has managed recruitment consultancies in every major region across the United States. He is based in Washington D.C. Parbs' appointment completes the creation of Advantage Professional's senior international team, which also includes Lee Dempster in the U.K. and Steve Plant in Asia-Pacific.

The Judge Group has hired Steven Joerg as recruiting vice president of the company's New York City information technology staffing practice. Joerg most recently spent nine years at Mitchell Martin Inc., where he led the recruiting efforts for that firm's financial services clients.

Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY), appointed Marisa Kacary as global vice president of marketing. Most recently, Kacary served as director of marketing and communications of Alexander Mann Solutions. She will be based in London.

Dallas-based Pearson Partners International, a retained executive search and assessment firm, added four members to its board of advisors: James Flynn, CEO of Wingstop Restaurants Inc.; Greg Langston, founding partner of CresaPartners; Rosalyn Mallet, CEO and president of PhaseNext Hospitality; and Warren Strickland, founder and owner of Ranger Ventures.
