TrueBlue Inc. announced Robert Sullivan, its longest-standing director, will retire from the company's board of directors in May.  Prior to joining TrueBlue's Board, Sullivan served as a financial consultant to the company. Sullivan has also served as financial officer and division general manager of American Express and related companies, and general manager of Reserve Supply Company of Long Island. He's also held key financial and executive management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bush Universal Inc., Cablevision Systems Inc. and Micron Products Inc.

The Computer Merchant Ltd. promoted Stephen Oliveri to vice president of business development, federal practice and healthcare practice. Oliveri has been with the company for 10 years. Bruce Augusta has been promoted to vice president of sales and has been at the company for 11 years. The Computer Merchant is an IT staffing and solutions firm based in Norwell, Mass.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. announced that Tracy Elving joined the firm as partner. She will be part of the industrial practice and based out of Dallas. Elving comes to Heidrick & Struggles from 3P Excellence LLC, where she served as president and CEO.

System One announced Steven Huntington has joined as VP of quality solutions. Huntington previously served as the executive VP for TriVis' utility services business unit.

Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson, an executive search firm, announced Lonnie Taylor has joined as managing director, located in the company's Washington D.C. office. Taylor was most recently with the executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles.
