Butler International Inc. (OTCBB: BUTL.PK), an engineering services and staffing firm, announced Friday it is negotiating to be acquired by Cleveland-based NESCO Inc. Butler had been in talks to be acquired by the Select Family of Staffing Companies, but that deal is not going through, according to the company.

"Butler International has a reputation for providing top-notch IT and engineering services," said Robert Tomsich, chairman of NESCO. "We see this as an opportunity to expand our service offerings into new markets."

NESCO's divisions include NESCO Resource, a staffing firm.
