MyStaf acquired Dividend Staffing Services, a Wichita Falls, Texas-based staffing provider. The purchase helps expand MyStaf’s presence in the light industrial and clerical/administrative sectors. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

MyStaf will absorb 50 to 100 of Dividend’s current employees, and its operations will transition to the MyStaf brand.

MyStaf is also based in Wichita Falls. The company recorded full-year revenue of approximately $5.0 million in 2011.
