MyBizOffice Inc. is renaming itself MBO Partners. The Herndon VA-based firm connects independent contractors with companies and allows contractors to run their business within the MBO umbrella.

"For years we have been referred to as MBO, and the message has been clear," said President and CEO Gene Zaino. "We're ready to embrace our initials and have migrated to a brand that will resonate strongly with all the diverse communities we serve, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, global consulting firms, small business owners, staffing firms, and independent consultants."

MBO Partners, however, will continue with the MyBizOffice as the name of its online system used by independent contractors and client companies.
