The number of online job ads for recruiting and sourcing jobs were up 11 percent on a year-over-year basis in June, according to Wanted Analytics, a firm that tracks online job ads. There were a total of 18,000 online job ads for recruiting and sourcing jobs with the majority of job listings for recruiters.

Overall, demand was up for human resources professionals in general with 36,000 job ads for such professionals in June, up 17 percent on a year-over-year basis. However, demand for HR pros is down somewhat from a four-year high set in May, according to Wanted.
