More Canadians expect their employers to hire in 2013 than last year, according to a new poll by BMO Bank of Montreal. The poll of found that 38 percent believe their employers will hire more people this year. That compares to 21 percent who said the same in 2012. 

Regionally, Alberta residents are the most likely to say their employer will hire more people in 2013 with 52 percent saying that is the case.
