The number of human resources managers who say their companies conduct video employment interviews rose 14 percent from one year ago, according to a new OfficeTeam survey.

Sixty-three percent of human resource managers this year said their company often conducts employment interviews via video. Additionally, 13 percent of respondents think their organization will use video more frequently to meet with applicants in the next three years.

The survey is based on telephone interviews with more than 500 human resource managers at U.S. companies with 20 or more employees.
