Monster to centralize customer service

Monster is opening a new customer service facility in Florence SC that will house about 350 employees. The Florence facility stems from Monster's decision to bring all U.S. customer service positions in-house. Recruitment for these positions is expected to begin soon and operations are scheduled to begin in September.

"Opening the new customer support service center stems from an initiative to bring North American customer support in-house to ensure Monster leads the online recruitment industry in proactive service," said Art O'Donnell, executive vice president, Service, Monster. "Florence is an ideal choice for us because it's a rapidly developing labor market with the talent we'll need to bring best-in-class service to our customers."
