Monster Worldwide Inc. struck a deal to buy Yahoo HotJobs from Yahoo for $225.0 million in cash. The companies also announced a commercial traffic agreement in which Monster will serve as Yahoo's provider of career and job on content on its home page in the U.S. and Canada.
