Monster CFO steps down; firm names replacement and new president

Monster Worldwide Inc. (NYSE: MWW) reported CFO James Langrock resigned, according to a filing on Thursday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, the company named Mark Stoever as president, taking over the role from Timothy Yates, who had served as president and CEO. Yates will continue to serve as CEO.

Langrock served as CFO since January 2011. The CFO role will be filled by Michael McGuiness, who has served as Monster’s senior VP, chief accounting officer and global controller since February 2012.

Stoever, the new president, has been the company’s COO since November 2014. Previously, he served as executive VP, corporate development and internet advertising, from October 2011 to November 2014. He has been with the firm since 2005.
