Monarch Staffing Inc. (OTCBB: MSTF.OB) reported that CEO Quang Pham resigned, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Monarch, a San Juan Capistrano CA-based staffing firm, had revenue of $1.8 million in its third quarter ended Sept. 30 and a net loss of $368,090. Pham previously served as chief operating officer and president of Monarch.
