MPS Group Inc. (NYSE: MPS) said its Modis International division acquired Personality IT, an information technology staffing firm based in Stuttgart, Germany. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Continental Europe continues to be a key growth area for Modis International as we look to expand across Europe and seek higher-margin business, and Personality IT helps us achieve both those goals," said Jim Albert, president of Modis International.

Modis is MPS Group's United Kingdom-based information technology business.
