Medical Connections Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: MCTH.OB), a Boca Raton FL-based healthcare staffing firm, announced Thursday it struck a deal to acquire Oklahoma On-Call Inc., a Stillwater OK-based provider of locum tenens, physician permanent placements, physician assistants and nurse practitioners throughout Oklahoma and the Midwest.

Terms of the deal were not announced.
