Maxim Names Chief Culture Officer

September 16, 2011

Maxim Healthcare Services Inc., a Columbia, Md.-based healthcare staffing and home healthcare provider, appointed Timothy Kuhn as chief culture officer and vice president. He will be responsible for developing and enhancing Maxim’s culture of quality and customer service.

Kuhn, who previously served as Maxim’s manager of national accounts, has 23 years of experience in the home health industry. For the last 15 years, Kuhn has held a variety of leadership positions at Maxim, managing at both local offices and the company’s headquarters.

“Tim’s ability to encourage growth while focusing on employee training efforts and customer service has been remarkable. I am extremely proud of the steps we’ve taken during the past two years to strengthen our leadership team and focus on a culture of quality and customer service, and Tim has been instrumental in this effort,” said CEO Brad Bennett. “As a result, our company is stronger today and more focused than ever on providing quality care to the patients we serve.”

The appointment comes on the heels of Monday’s announcement that Maxim settled a Medicaid fraud case for $150 million. For the news item, click here.
