Maxim Healthcare names chief experience officer

Maxim Healthcare Services Inc., the fifth-largest US healthcare staffing firm, appointed Julie Judge as its first chief experience officer.

The role is part of Maxim’s executive leadership team. Judge will lead the office of Maxim experience, providing vision and direction for the companywide program aimed at creating exceptional experiences for patients, caregivers and staff. Judge has more than 20 years of experience.

I am confident that she will play an integral role in our company’s continued growth through her sincere passion for developing a culture of service excellence.”

Judge joins Maxim after serving as senior vice president of human resources at Erickson Living, a creator of continuing care retirement communities. Earlier in her career, Judge served as vice president of human resources for domestic, international and medical operations at the Cleveland Clinic.
