Maxim Healthcare Services Inc. appointed Nancy Roy to the position of vice president of clinical services for the Maxim Staffing Solutions division. She will be responsible for developing the division’s compliance and clinical infrastructure.

Roy has held numerous leadership positions with the company including accounts manager, general manager, and regional director of nursing for both the Homecare and Staffing divisions.

Maxim also last month appointed Jeremy Goldberg as its new vice president of Maxim Staffing Solutions, Christopher “Chris” Powell as its new chief operating officer, and William “Bill” Butz as its CFO.

Maxim is based in Columbia, Md., and ranks as the sixth-largest healthcare staffing firm in the U.S.
